Synthesis of nanoscale tetradymite-type thermoelectrics

We will report on the synthesis of nanoscale tetradymite-type materials (Sb2Te3, Bi2Te3 and ternary solid solutions) via different solution-based and gas phase-based processes. The thermoelectric properties of as-prepared materials will also be discussed, clearly revealing the role of the applied synthetic approach.
