Analytical Methods at the ICAN

On this poster we present the main analytical tools available at the ICAN in the NETZ building in Duisburg. These tools allow the analysis of many different propeties of samples and their surfaces on the micro- and nanoscale. From the chemical composition of the topmost few nm of ~cm² large devices to the 3D-morphology and crystal structure of nanoparticles - the combination of the different techniques opens up a large parameter space to be analysed.
